The absolute worst. I have had the 5G home internet for a year. I live at the extent of the 5G antenna range. If you’re using it for basic Internet Internet, it’s probably fine. If you’re going to game, stream, anything with a high bandwidth, update your game, console games, update, PC program games or software, I would not recommend this service at all. I knew what I was getting into when I got the service, but I had no other solution so I had to take it. My service with corporate has not been a bad. If you choose to use the service in anyway that uses a lot of data, gaming, etc., as I said before in this review. You will quickly find that you need to upgrade your service to the maximum 300 GB per month. Updates today to gaming software are around 20 GB or so. Gameplay who knows. Lags out when doing gameplay and trying to use voiceover IP. I upgraded to Starlink. Works great. I’m giving this store a poor review because while I did everything corporate office said to do in the email to return the unit (which I was told in the beginning was mine to keep), the management at this store has been condescending the times that I’ve had to contact them. I have not spent too much time contacting these people. Very demeaning and condescending in my previous experiences. Last night, I was told that I could return the unit by sending through a UPS store or bringing to the T-Mobile store and dropping it off. Today the store tells me that since I followed the instructions given to me by corporate T-Mobile and I taped up the unit and I printed out my label and my, return slip that I could not leave it with them. This is just a huge inconvenience for me and I am not happy. I will never use T-Mobile again. I will never recommend T-Mobile. As far as I’m concerned if you have T-Mobile, good luck. I would recommend going to get the Walmart cell phone or AT&T or Verizon. I’m just really floored about how unfriendly the people were here today. I did report this to corporate T-Mobile and I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back. In closing… Do not use T-Mobile in...

Read moreMy experience with the T-Mobile team in Ozark was great. I particularly want to give a shout out to CALEB ! This young man was friendly and helpful from the get-go, but his friendliness and helpfulness proved to be even more genuine as we reached 2 hours and were still trying to figure out lots of tedious details and phone calls to accomplish our whole family transfer. Caleb clearly is intelligent and professional with his job but more importantly he was kind. Caleb never made us feel stupid even though we had no idea how to do much of anything relating to this situation. He was very patient, friendly and cheerful. Very personable and helped our entire family! This guy deserves a raise and employee of the year 👏🏻! Thank you Caleb! Keep up...
