Bliss Vapes — Attraction in Painttown Community

I've been here twice... the first time the guy working was eating while helping me and wasn't very friendly. The 2nd time was a young lady who was very friendly so I bought a voopoo device. Now i realize and agree with the no return policy most vape shops have but i thought they should make an exception in my case. It worked fine at first but a week later it started turning on all by itself when I wasn't even holding it. One it starts doing that, the only way to shut it of so it don't explode or cause a fire is too take the cartridge out.
