Want to start out by saying I rarely ever take the time to write reviews. My mom and I were walking passed the store and wanting to stop into the shop. While I was waiting for my mom to catch up to me I waved at a dog that was sitting at the front door inside the business. What appeared to be the owner came outside and said to stop waving at the dog and that they are a service animal (mind you the dog had zero identification as being a service animal). The man was rude, not kind, and dismissive. All for waving at a dog that was sitting in their window… so bizarre. If you don’t want passerby’s/customers to wave at your dog then put him in the back lol. Classically the store tried to remove my review instead of apologizing and taking accountability.

Reply to response: as noted above there is ZERO indication that the dog is a service animal. Also noted— zero accountability or admission to treating customers like crap. Maybe take note of all the other poor reviews and defending your inappropriate and condescending actions. Highly unprofessional and not surprising. Keep up...
