I had a terrible experience here today. I came in to purchase at $530 item on hold and was charge $780. When I pointed out that the item was $530, the salesman argued with me that it was $780. It wasn’t until he saw that I pulled up the website that he acknowledged he “scanned the wrong tag” and had I not known any better and been a gucci buyer for years, he’d have overcharged me by over $200.
