I am genuinely shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated by this business. I called Palm Beach Day Spa to inquire about booking services for my mother’s birthday — something that should have been a pleasant and simple experience. Instead, the employee who answered the phone, Ashley, hung up on me mid-conversation. When I called back to clarify, she dismissively said, “We’re not interested,” before even hearing what I was calling about.

I found this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism absolutely appalling. For a spa that’s supposed to promote wellness and care, their customer service could not have been more opposite. To treat someone so rudely — especially when they’re trying to plan something special for a loved one — is completely unacceptable.

If this is how Palm Beach Day Spa handles potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat paying clients. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. There are plenty of spas in the area that actually value kindness, respect, and...

I recently treated myself to a facial at Palm Beach Day Spa, and it was truly an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Eva was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to assess my skin’s needs before recommending the perfect treatment. During the facial, I felt completely pampered—every product used smelled wonderful and felt luxurious. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the gentle cleansing to the soothing massage.

By the end of the session, my skin felt hydrated, refreshed, and absolutely glowing. Eva also shared some great tips for maintaining my skin at home, which I really appreciated.

Palm Beach Day Spa is the most amazing spa. The entire staff are courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I’ve been going here for several years. Eva’s green peel facials are by far the best! There isn’t anything out there that even comes close to her facials – her hands are like gold! I can definitely see a remarkable difference in my skin. I've also had remarkable massages by Jessica. My body was so out of alignment due to being in a foot boot for 6 months, and after a couple of deep tissue massages, I am feeling so much better. Jessica also recommended some home remedy treatments that have helped reduce swelling. I’ve also had a couple of cryotherapy treatments by Stephanie and I can definitely see improved firmness.
