I love this place but this last time this is what i got, and im a very frequently costumer, i at least get lunch from them once a week and this time i called to let them know what i got and they refused to believe me that my baguette was old and very hard, i just scooped out the chicken salad because the bread was impossible to eat. Im very upset that they couldn't done anything else to me, and besides one of the staff this blond lady and very rude on the phone and in person, i but usually try to ignore that because beside this time i still like their sandwiches I'll just make sure I check my sandwich before i leave the bakery next time. Im not criticizing i just wanted to let the owner know even though I talked to her on the phone and she refused to believe it but here's the picture!

This place was next to where we were staying for vacation so we decided to come for breakfast, and it was the best decision we made in West Palm Beach. We ordered the salmon sandwich, and egg and cheese croissant with tea and a latte. Everything was AMAZING, but the salmon sandwich and coffee are NEXT LEVEL! Scilian our server/was so nice and the food came out quick. We definitely will be returning before we leave.

A small French bakery hidden away off the beaten track in Palm Beach. If it wasn’t for me looking up, quiche would’ve never found it. It was very good. We had quiche and a Greek out which we totally enjoyed their small area to sit outside. There is a small area inside to sit at a counter

This place is only successful because there are no other coffee shops this side of the bridge. I tried ordering an overpriced omelette sandwich ($8) and, since i don't work in their bakery, asked what their version of the omelette sandwich was- if it was reheated or cooked fresh? Eggs folded over or the pan version? I asked the rocket scientist taking my order and she froze like I gave her a 2 trains different speed math problem. So to clarify I asked if this was like Dunkin Donuts (which is not what i wanted) another lady, the owner maybe?, who had been busy watching youtube videos loud enough to make everyone eat outside to avoid hearing them, decided now was her cue to get offended and involved in the conversation (instead of helping explain her food to me previously) she then stomped away to pout or chain smoke cigarettes.

Still without an explanation I was hungry enough to order the sandwich. it was saltier than the staff attitudes and yes it was a reheated pan version- though at some point freshly baked- not what i wanted though. I told her and you would think I kicked her child across the street with the way she reacted. Later she went and tasted it for herself, came out and blamed the cook and offered to make me fresh eggs on a hot plate or something. I was so irritated by this point that I just swapped it for something they couldn't possibly mess up- a mediocre chocolate croissant while the person i was with finished their sandwich and coffee.

I wouldn't put it past their pettiness to salt my sandwich on purpose. Unless you truly want the parisian experience with rude service, smokers, and overrated meals, you would be better off going to Publix and getting any item for half the price and sit on the ground than deal with these clowns who, and I can't stress this enough, remain in business because it is the ONLY coffee place within a...

Wow. I don't usually write reviews but both my visits to this place were unbelievable. In my first visit, I placed my order and while the person was preparing the order, I asked the other person behind the counter for something to eat that I saw after I ordered coffee. Her reaction was so sullen and she appeared to have been resentful that I asked her for the product I wanted. When I paid, not a "thank you" -- nothing.

I was curious as to whether it was just a bad day for them. I decided to go back the next morning. When I walked in, there was only one person behind the counter. She spent an inordinate amount of time with her back to me. She did not turn around to see who walked in or acknowledge, in any way, that she had a customer in the store. She spent probably about two minutes with her back to me. Another person walked in and he, too, waited. And waited. When she finally finished what she was doing, I saw that she was doing something on her cell phone. No apologies. She prepared the macchiato I ordered and, again, no "thank you" when I paid. And, to make matters worse, it was one of the most watery coffees I have ever had. For some reason, I decided to not throw it out.

I don't understand how or why any of the "regulars" go there. (I overheard a conversation by a customer that he had been going there for years.)

I don't know if they own the place or if they were employees. If they were employees, they should be fired. If they own the place, they should learn how to have better customer...
