This was my go to store for years. Now itās just not the same. Iāve had rude cashiers twice now. I know what itās like working retail, Iām kind to all retail workers.
But the store has changed too. The quality of clothing has went downhill over the years. Even tho Iām middle aged, Iām in between junior size and petites. (Not Bealls problem )
But Bealls always had clothing and shoes that fit me. Not anymore. I donāt shop there nearly as much I used to and I only buy a piece or 2 once in awhile. The fit/cut of most brands feels off to me. Shoes, never can find my size, used to always have them. I order online but like everywhere else, you order 4 items, all arrive separately and I usually end up returning because not true to size. I recently placed an online order and decided against it and attempted to cancel 12 hours later. It was āprocessingā and could not be cancelled. Yet took almost a full. 2 weeks to get items. Again, items didnāt fit.
I think my days at Bealls are over. Used to be such a cute store and whoever did the buying did a good job. That changed a few years ago. Just not the same Bealls I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to love the service quality at this location. However, after applying to this location multiple times and examining the behavior of the staff, I felt it's time to give a review. When you apply, you look forward to your job interview. During this interview, the questions were all about what the previous employer thought of you, and you are not given a fair chance. The business also appears to be hiring you if you meet the age 55+ bracket, and are not even remotely interested in hiring young people. Also, the cashiers do not even look at you or greet you, but look at you like your from a different planet, and go out of their way not to help you. If you want to deal with a friendly staff and get assistance with your product go to T.J MAXX. I hope the BEALLS management and staff fixes their attitude and goes though the required training to learn how to interact with and assist their...

I thought finally. She called me over. But not until the customers before me put their purchases down and walked out. Can you believe that the customer that was holding up the line actually stopped to chit chat with my cashier. I was not having any of it. I told her friend good bye. It's my turn now. The cashier stated that I was mad, I said of course I have only been waiting in line for 30 minutes I told her that people walked out and left their stuff, that help should have been called to the registers.she said that there wasn't any help.i told her that the store is losing business and she said that's ok.
