Terrible Experience I ordered 8 shirts I was quoted 1 price then they changed the price to another price, paid for the order but, the prints was not the right sizing I talk to manager to see what I can do to fix issue the problem. They said the person who made it was not experienced now why would you have somebody not experience to do a large order. Anyways the manager approved to give me difference refund along with new shirts and said I can keep the old ones then changed their mind saying unfortunately they can’t do both . So , he refunds me partial but no the other so I am not a satisfied customer and will not be returning. I am still waiting on my $40 you owe me . I offer to return the shirts and they can keep the $40 because it didn’t matter to me . You guys are the scammers ! Cause you were so mad you had to threaten me and harass me I had to call the security and leasing management to report you guys just to leave me also told you guys if you didn’t stop I would make a police report. So, therefore stop lieing I did not receive anything for FREE I wish I did only thing they gave me was $80 they still owe me so how did I receive the shirts for Free Again? What a disappointment! Heard great things about this location. But wow what a customer services. They didnt agnolished i was waiting. Once they saw me, "Hi, what do you need" told him what i wanted then, oh wait give me a second. Ha 10 min passed still didnt turn around. I left came back i asked how much longer. "Come in". Gave him the drive. Told him i had it saved and when they tried to open it, of course they couldnt. Because they didnt support that file when they clearly told me they can and now the guy was calling me a lier. Asked him to give me the file and told him i need it for tomorrow. Never did he ask if he can create it for me to get my t shirts done today.

My husband and I wanted to get a couple of Alien tee shirts for a party we were going to later in the week. It was about 10 mins before closing and the very nice young lady showed some examples and we found the one we both liked. She then offered to make up both shirts right then (by now, it was a couple of minutes pass closing time) if we did mind waiting. We said that would be great.
