Jamba — Restaurant in Palm Desert

My daughter and I detoured in to your Jamba PD Mall store to split one PB Chocolate Love. Gregory assisted us with his sweet and silly demeanor and ended up selling us two of the PBCL's plus two pretzels. As we waited for our order, he continued to joke around with us and included some sweet compliments. Unfortunately, not everyone is appreciative of great customer service as the lady behind us was blatantly annoyed with this special needs employee because she just wanted to use her birthday coupon and get out of there yet he handled her rudeness with great care. Love this place! It always looks and smells fresh. The staff has always been kind, even when I take FOREVER to decide what I want, only to pick my usual.

I love the Orange dream machine. It is citrusy with some creamy flavors to balance out the acid. It tastes similar to the popsicles, just fresher.

There was a long line, but the staff is efficient, and the wait time is short.

I wish the chain would come out with some gluten-free pastries...

Nestor was rude, the girl working with him tried getting my attention but it’s hard to hear when she was speaking very low. If you’re trying to ask a customer something say “hey excuse me ….”. All she said was “is this fine?” Talking about the amount of ice. How am I suppose to know she’s talking to me when I’m looking down on my phone? Nestor then yells “EXCUSE ME” very rudely then proceeds to laugh about it...
