( First of all, I am an actual customer, that had excellent experience that needs to be shared ) This was our second purchase with hope diamonds. We previously purchased a beautiful pair of princess cut diamond earrings. We would give them 10 stars if I could. Just when you thought customer service, honesty and integrity was a thing of the past in the retail world. Just visit Hope Diamonds it's alive and well there. Jimmy and his staff are top notch. I wish we would have seen them first when looking for our engagement ring. He made us a custom engagement ring that was absolutely gorgeous for a price that was great. Jimmy was not pushy and more than patient in helping us design our ring. His knowledge and advice was way above what we experienced at other stores. In fact he went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. What we received was one of the most beautiful rings that we have ever seen. Exceeded our expectations. I purchased an engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands here. The prices are fair, especially when considering the high quality of both the product and the service.

The engagement ring was custom and turned out great!

Her wedding band was also custom made to fit with the engagement ring, and we're very happy with the results.

We have never had a bad experience with the staff, they're always very helpful and personable.

Could've knocked one star off due to a week delay in getting my wedding band ordered. Turns out it was a miscommunication between employees. Those things happen, and given my prior positive experience with them I don't think it would be fair to hold it against them.
