Big 5 Sporting Goods — Attraction in Palm Springs

I was asked to rate Big 5 Sporting Goods again and I have done so twice in the past. Nothing has changed whatsoever everyone is very helpful in fact today the manager has been a lot of time talking to me about rescue dogs and his dog and mine and it was very nice to have everyone be so interested in who you are and that type of thing I found what I needed with the help of a an employee and check out was easy utilize the code from the ad in the email. I have never had a bad experience in Big 5 only times when someone in shoes didn't know their stuff and I think one time gave me a pair of shoes that definitely were not right for me but I have no complaints whatsoever and would continue to write them five

I believe I have rated Big 5 in the past but my ratings are always good because they have an excellent selection of shoes which I shop for most commonly and of course they have everything else that you could want in regard to Fitness all types of equipment shirts shorts you name it and everything is priced right there sales are even better but just shopping at regular prices is also very good as they're Priced Right all the time. I enjoy shopping at Big 5. My most recent visit to Big 5 was a little disappointing as I was looking for some specific shoes that were on sale a good buy I found someone to help me he brought me the size and then disappeared no one ever came back to help me and unfortunately the shoes were not wide enough. I was greeted by the manager on the way in and he asked me what I was looking for and directed me where to go and who to see but on the way out there was no one there to do that so unfortunately I didn't get shoes and they didn't get a sale but I still keep my rating the same based on all the many many times that I have...

Big props to Lauren at Big 5 today!. Walked in on a long shot after not finding a product listed available nearby wasn’t really available. After walking in door found two or three associates around the register and after greeting me I asked Lauren about a kiddie pool I had been looking for. Without hesitating she had me follow her to doors of the stockroom where she then pulls out a ladder and climbs to the top shelf to get and bring down the exact thing i had been seeking online and around town.

I respect and appreciate that level of service anywhere, no matter what profession or job you might be doing.

Night and day difference between this Big 5 and the Cathedral City Big 5. This place knew their products and could talk about them. Whether it was shoes or tennis equipment. There was a person there that actively helped customers too! Finally, the guy just picked out the stuff needed and handed it to us. This is the way a store should be run. Hopefully the Cathedral City branch closes and all staff is fired so that this place can shine and represent the Big 5 brand.
