EXCELLENT from customer service, to speed of response, professionalism, neat/tidy clean up and down right nice genuine people. RARE find in the Desert when seeking home services of any kind. Pease don't hesitate to call them first and USE THEM. I had an unexpected broken window on a Thursday morning. They responded (live on the phone-Christy couldn't been more concerned if she were a family member or friend (she is neither) and manage to get me someone that day. Spoke to Christi when making appointment to have window repaired. Told me it would be a couple of days. I was okay with that, on day of appointment I called to see what time repairman would be arriving. I was told I was not on the schedule.
