I am an Uber driver and I just dropped some riders off at Ralphs. I often use restrooms at fast food for convenience without any incidents. In fact McDonald's encourages drivers to stop and gives us free coffee or soft drinks for a break. So I go into Subway and the door is locked to the restroom. I go to the counter to ask if a key was neccessary or are the restrooms occupied if locked, I was rudely told that the restrooms are for customers use only. She also informed me to use the public restrooms provided in the center of the shopping center. Manager told me that I would also need a key from any business in the shopping center to access the so called public restrooms I am 68 year old Hispanic man and have a weak bladder and take every opportunity to use an available restroom. Subway, in light of what just happened at Starbucks you really want to go there? Shall I call the local newspaper or T V station and let them know of your antiquated policy. Read moreWe visited Ralph's the other day on the second day of our vacation and bought allot of groceries! We realized two days later I had left a bag of groceries there. About $20 worth of groceries. I told my family I was at least going to go back and talk to customer service and see if they could do anything. They said, no way they won't. I went back with the items marked in my receipt and talked to Larry the store manager. Without hesitation, he told me to go get the items I forgot and to have the cashier page him when I was done. When I checked out they simple bagged up my groceries I forgot! This act of kindness by Larry with never be forgotten. We will be back to Ralph's again next year guaranteed when we come back for...
