From the very beginning he was lightning fast at communicating (within minutes) and was willing to adjust his schedule to fit the timelines/preferences of his customers. Upon arrival, Joe brought out some of the finest ATVs I've seen, while providing high quality safety gear and instructions to make customers of all skill levels feel comfortable and welcomed. During the ride, the trails and landscapes we saw were beautiful. Cannot recommend joe/dirt frenzy enough. It was my first time riding ATVs, he had me ride right behind him so I could set the pace for the group(my husband and two others) and so that I could follow his trail easily. He took us through multiple types of trails with different terrain. We spent a portion on a gravel beach able to just play around. My Dad and I had a great time on the trails, Joel provided everything we needed for the ride. Very attentive too, always looking back to make sure we were doing alright. For newer riders he’ll have you follow behind him to set the pace for the group. Made great conversation before the ride and during break’s, definitely a great time all around.
