I put a deposit down on a puppy. Yes a puppy they sell puppies out the back door under a company named high definitions French bulldogs owned by the same guy Jeremy Snowden. He sent the invoice with the wrong date on it and knows he did and is claiming it was the correct date on it. He knows he put the wrong date for deposit I have proof of his texts and invoices.
He also knew exactly my circumstances that I lived out of the country and said no worries he would return my deposit if the borders closure was extended this was after he sent the wrong invoice which I paid and than he sent the new one with the new date.
Now He refused to give me the puppy or my deposit back and said the puppy he couldn’t sell it and wouldn’t return my texts after weeks cause he was out of town! Jeremy Snowden in my opinion is very unethical and knows he put the wrong date and we discussed exactly my circumstances and all he said was don’t worry don’t worry. I have proof and my children who live in Florida he did and he is denying it. Stay away from this store and Jeremy Snowden.

Read moreI'm extremely displeased with his company, I called at the beginning of the week and requested a large number of African soft fur rats. When I was speaking to the customer service rep, she asked what day I would like to pick them up. I stated that I live 3 hours away and was expecting to be there Thursday at opening. I was told there was no problem and that they would have them ready for me.
Cut forward to today when I arrive. I was told that they had not received the order, and that I should have called to make sure they have them. When the store opens at 11 a.m. and you live three hours away, it is impossible to call ahead of time. Especially when they told you they would have him ready at opening.
I was brushed off when I explained that I was upset, and was told that the owner would get them there when he could. Thankfully the owner was able to get them to the store in about 20 minutes. However this completely delayed my departure from the Miami area and now I am late to pick up my husband from work.
Had this been an error on my part I would not be upset about being late to pick up my husband from work, however this was an error on the company's part and it should never have...
Read moreI purchased two red foot tortoises complete with all necessary paraphernalia to sustain them from Miami reptile company several months ago... One recently died and the other one has stopped eating... We called the Miami reptile company to find out what could have gone wrong??? After a (5) minute telephone quiz apparently we did everything correctly and as we had been instructed... Their representative said that turtles don’t just die... They decided that we should have brought them in for inspection sooner, hence, they would do nothing for us... If I could give (0) stars I would have because they have done absolutely nothing for us but take $600 and sadden my children... A red flag should have been raised as they had to pluck several dead turtles (that went unnoticed by their staff) from the cage we selected our red footed tortoises from... They just had died and so will ours... Stay away from the Miami...
