I need to update this review. We drove all the way to this store to try to setup a phone line for an Apple Watch. The store hours were listed as closing at 7pm. We arrived at 6pm. There was a sign on the door that read “closed for lunch”. At 6pm to be clear. There was a person inside who REFUSED TO unlock the door. I literally called the store while STANDING OUTSIDE of it to speak to the person inside. She informed me that she was busy and was going to go “on lunch” after she was done doing whatever she was doing and then by the time she was back it would be time for the store to close. I’m incredulous as I type this because I don’t think I’ve ever experienced service this horrible. I’d HIGHLY recommend following the advice of the terrible person and NOT visiting this location but “to another location” to directly quote this unhelpful woman.

Multiple lies were told to close the deal, which I documented and reported afterwards. This store is run by Prime Communications and is an independent reseller, not part of ATT corporate. Visit the AT&T store on El Camino Real instead for an honest and trustworthy experience.
I was set up on a premium plan with insurance and upgrade fees that ran $186 a month (crazy!) when I specifically went in to be added to an existing family plan. It took a lot of extra time and effort through ATT corporate to rebalance my plan and I was unable to transfer ownership for two months. AVOID this pain and hassle by avoiding this store!
UPDATE: I contacted the prime communications contact that replied to my review below… never heard back! So “committed to resolving this for you” was pure lip service. AVOID...
Read moreI gave this place a bad review because of the employee serving me and not an at&t product. I bought a sim card, service was very slow, the man seem not to know what he was doing, but that was the least of my problems. As a tourist, I wanted a local number so the employee swapped my own sim card out for an at&t sim. After going thru everything and paying, I almost walked out of the store without my own sim. I asked for it and he gave it back to me. My fault for not checking if it was indeed mine. When I got back to my hotel, miles away, I found he gave me the wrong sim so I had to drive back. When I got there, he could not find mine and swears he didn't do anything wrong. I suggested looking at the cctv.. After some time, he found it in the trash at the back of the store.
