Wow, we absolutely love love love the topper!! Thanks so much to Josue, we purchased the 3-inch Plush and couldn't be happier. We're both sleeping better and waking up without pain or stiffness. Our mattress is firm (possibly very firm). The topper softens the mattress without us feeling like we're being swallowed or even sinking in. Completely astonishing comfort!! It keeps us cool too - a huuuge plus. It's definitely breathable as Avocado explains. Fabulous! What a remarkable difference and improvement!!!

We bought Avocado because of their environmental mission, eco-friendly products, and non-toxic/people-healthy accomplishments. Yet, we found we are not sacrificing any comfort at all. We've been sleeping on it for over a month now. Tried and true! ...We've had other toppers we liked. But, we never knew that a topper could transform our comfort and sleep to feel like a completely new mattress that goes beyond our expectations and hopes. We can't thank Avocado enough!! Nor can we thank Josue enough for going above and beyond to help us make the right choice!!!

If customer service is important to you, this shop is going to exceed your expectations. We've been shopping for "the right mattress" for a while and have even ordered a couple and sent them back so we've had our opportunities to experience different levels of customer service. Miguel and the staff in Palo Alto far and away exceeded all our other experiences with other mattress sellers. Everyone at the store was warm, welcoming, well informed and extremely helpful. Miguel was on point for us. He was knowledgeable, honest, insightful and best of all, NOT pushy. We took our time and even walked out without having made a decision. Miguel was right there with us and did not harangue su in the least. He followed up with a professional email that provided the information we had requested and nothing more. No hard sales pitch, no urgent call to action. Just good old fashioned courteous service. We finally decided on a mattress that was more expensive than what we originally set out to purchase and we have yet to receive it but we have high hopes at this point based on what we learned from Miguel and his colleagues at the Palo Alto Store.
