I purchased a jewelry set from them, and I’ve never felt so overcharged and deceived in my life. When I received the package, I was shocked the box was huge, but inside the jewelry was tiny, tangled, and nothing like the photos. It looked like a baby necklace compared to what they advertised.I messaged them on WhatsApp, and all they said was, “Just return it.” I took the time to carefully untangle it and kept it, trying to trust their word.Later, I showed the set to my friend , who knows jewelry well. She immediately told me I had been ripped off. She asked how many grams it was I said 12g, because that’s what the guy told me over the phone. I texted them again to confirm, and suddenly they “didn’t remember.”Today, I went to a professional jeweler for an honest opinion. My heart sank when I found out the set is worth less than 60% of what I paid and was just 8g I felt sick. How can someone be this greedy and dishonest? I just graduated college. My whole family encouraged me to invest in gold but after this experience, my trust is completely broken. I will always worry that jewelers are taking advantage of people like me.I messaged them again… no response, of course.They took my money and my trust....

Definitely read the one star reviews and listen to them! My husband bought me a coin bracelet from here and not even 4 months later the coins fell off and I decided to have them buy it back—the kicker was they shorted me over $100 for what I paid and the day I went in we checked the currency and it was no different! Hysterical to claim to deduct labor costs when buying back?! Who does that. Anyway, decided to visit their sister store Dana jewelry and my experience was even worse there so I didn’t spend a dime. Update after seeing the owners response: Actually no, I came back when gold was just higher than when I bought it, you can go back and check, I bought it in March came back in May 2024 You guys forced me to show how much you scam your customers by.

Original review: I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1, they pretty much work on scamming people that don't know much about gold. I bought a bracelet as a gift 2 months ago for $540, yesterday it broke so I went to see if they can reattach the clip and then sell it back and get something more sturdy. They offered me $340 and told me that's what it's worth.
