Ordered a meal box special online with no problem. The online app said it would be ready in 15-30 minutes. We drove over 30 minutes later to pick it up because we live very close. Arrived to pick it up and it took at least 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front of the store. There were at least 6 customers standing in the front. We could see people in the back and hear a female manager yelling at her employees. Finally a young man emerged and I paid for my order. He then told me it would be another 10-15 minute wait. The entire time we were waiting the phone was ringing off the hook, but no one bothered to answer it. Another customer was told after he had placed his order through the phone center that his order would be an additional 30 minute wait. He asked for his bill to be adjusted and the young man asked the man in the back, who was making pizza if that was a possibility. He yelled at the young man and said, we can’t help we are busy. We are doing the best we can. Another couple innocently walked in off the street to order in person and they were told the wait would be 1.5 hours. Needless to say, they left. I noticed two other customers walk out without paying and without pizza. I finally got my meal box. It was cold. I checked before I left and wanted to ask for another Marinara sauce. Employees walked by and made eye contact and never asked can I help you? Corporate needs to shut this place down. No health rating was visible. This business is located in prime vacation alley and they weren’t prepared. It’s a Saturday night in August in the middle of condo land. You are going to sell some pizza. In my opinion, having worked with fast food, it’s a management issue. I could hear her yelling, but she never surfaced. There was no urgency visible in any of the employees. Customer service was zero. It was like a scene from restaurant impossible. I won’t return and after reading the reviews there are a lot of others that feel...
Read moreI've been to this location a few times, and the service is normally pretty good. Not this last time. That was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my life! My boyfriend and I placed an order online, and when we came in to pick it up, we saw that the TV screen said it was ready. There was a woman at the counter who had placed an order over the phone and she had been waiting for 15 minutes, even though her pizza had been ready longer than that. No acknowledgement from the staff. There were 2 girls working (I'm guessing 1 of them was new). The other girl is yelling at the new girl while she's slamming pizzas down, all in front of the customers. Soooo unprofessional. The new girl was tearing up. So sad. I don't care how stressed you are, you DO NOT act like that, especially in front of customers. I've worked in the restaurant and retail business, and I would have NEVER acted or treated someone that way. So the excuse of being "understaffed" does not give anyone the right to act so unprofessionally and rude. All the girl had to do was take 2 minutes to come ring us up and give us the pizza. Instead we stood there for 20 minutes waiting for our pizza when the pizza said it was ready when we walked in. And I'm guessing the new girl didn't know how to do anything because she couldn't ring us up or help with making the pizzas. So the training for new employees must be under par too. I really don't know if I'll ever come back to this location. However, this was the first time I've experienced bad service in the few times I've came to this location. I normally don't bother doing Google reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know of the terrible experience I...
Read moreWe ordered via mobile device for pickup last night. When we got there, quite a few people were in the small lobby. There was a girl working the register who was a new employee. She was visibly anxious and was trying her best to keep up. Another female employee was visibly angry. She was cussing, slinging plates of food into the pizza oven, slamming doors. While checking for an under in the heated part where “ready” orders go, she got mad and slung a box of pizza, which we learned a few minutes later was our order. The new girl kept having to ask her questions about things she didn’t know how to do yet, and it seemed to make her even more mad. While attempting to sling a cookie? tray into the oven she dropped it on the floor and cussed more, left it there. What a treat. If this place is losing employees, it’s because of her. I felt so bad for the new girl. We told her how sorry we were she was dealing with that and wished her a better night. I have no idea what the other girl was mad at. Oh and our wings were wrong. Supposed to be buffalo, but we’re bbq. The new girl politely asked if she could make it right, but we declined in fear that the other angry employee would spit in our food if we asked her for the correct wing sauce. There’s no reason to act like that, especially in front of a lobby full...
