DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Very rude and uncaring people. I am a senior citizen and local. I walked across to get some beach time starting with my breakfast on the beach. They watched me lay out all my stuff and just as I took my first bite of my breakfast they came and told me I had to move so they could place the jet skis and cones. I asked if I could at least finish my small breakfast first. Well of course they said no I couldn't because they had to get the skis and cones out. I told her they should have done that to start with. That way people would know where not to sit. I didn't mind moving but Really! It would have taken me 5 minutes max to finish my little breakfast. They couldn't afford to wait 5 minutes.... plus they had no business for at least 2 hours after I moved..Very rude, uncaring and inconsiderate. Obviously they care only about making a dollar. This shows that if you don't care about people and only making money then you will also cut corners on safety equipment and repairs to your equipment to save that dollar. The won't care.about their customers safety just the money they make. I would not trust any of their equipment especially the parasail. I own a business on the side and I care about people and my business flourishes. Also, I work in retail and am asked daily by tourists of places to go. I will be telling them not to go here. Don't use this service! It's bad! You're going to lose your money! We had an incident and they said they could resolve it. The guys in charge disappeared and the others aren't responsible. They are a horrible company!

Yes, the ski flipped and that is normal for water activities! What is not normal is the treatment of the customer! ! But you said we could use it again and now you say no! I got to try the jet skis and paddle boardsand they're really nice. The kayaks looks great too. The service is great and the staff is super cool! I got to see some sea life, like dolphins, rays and crabs, which was awesome! It's worth every penny and something I would recommend doing, for sure, specially riding the jet skis.
