Sugar Beach Condominiums — Attraction in Panama City Beach

They are not even worth any ⭐️ This condominium is 3rd class experience for me and my all family members, During our 3/Night (July 25th 2017 to July 28th 2017) stay we all felt this place was to survive ourselves (instead of enjoying) during our vacation. Reasons:

1. No lights working at the front door 🚪of our room, as shown in my uploaded photo.
2. Nothing on TV 📺 even after trying all the way to make it work, We also carried our TV box which we were using at our home 🏡 but that didn't help either, TV remote controls are with-out battery cover. (Photo uploaded)
3. Internet WiFi is really very poor we tried speed test which says 0.09/Mbps and also very poor WiFi connectivity that only connects in hall & kitchen, no Connection in bedrooms.
4. As soon as we checked-in, We saw washer & dryer were lying on middle of the floor and the cabinets & washroom doors 🚪 were removed and missing, Refrigerator was liking water 💦 in the kitchen, they came to fix it which took more than 3Hrs after we checked-in and washer & dryer were kept to their place but never worked till we checked-out (Even after complaining them every 8Hrs of our stay,) Water kept liking forever inside the kitchen from their refrigerator not fixed either !
5. As soon as technicians left after their job done, Two older ladies 👵👵 knoked the door 🚪 and said they are the owners of this property and came to visit to see if everything is ok, We started complaining about all the problems we faced & wasted our more than 4Hrs on our very first day of our family vacation, They said we'll send someone in the morning, The technician came in the morning but they both wasn't able to fix the issue, We also complained to owners about TV, Internet & WiFi connectivity issues and we were shocked 😳 when she replied "SORRY WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT NOWADAYS TECHNOLOGY (TV, Internet & WiFi connectivity), SO THIS IS WHAT IT IS !"
6. One of the bedroom cabinets were locked 🔒 and When we asked to open them, Owners said we can't open them coz we've some of our stuff in those 3 big wall cabinets, How is that fair when we have already paid for our family vacation and the Owners are still using their space ???

Overall it was a very poor experience with myself and my all family !!! Will never ever go or let any of my family or friends to go this condo !!! Totally waste of...

If i could give zero stars I would. I’ve been visiting this condo since i was a kid and have brought my own children for many years. We arrived and realized our room was beyond nasty. Mold and mildew in the showers and the washing machine. Wasn’t cleaned appropriately. Crumbs everywhere. Spills on table and coffee table and comforters were stained. Smelled of mildew. We have never been disappointed with a room before this one (D15). I went to the office expressed my concerns etc and was moved to the only available room (c43). It had been smoked in… smelled of cigarettes and was super outdated for the price we paid but we figured we would “deal” with it until we realized the AC was broken. Thermostat was sitting at 75 degrees and AC wouldn’t come on. With NO ceiling fans except one in the dining area. We called the office to inform them. (Working in a similar industry i know it’s illegal to rent this out with no AC)

Waiting on a return call we bought batteries for the AC thermostat and finally got it going. They finally returned a call to my wife and stated we had 15 minutes to get out and we were evicted for calling about the AC. They stated they would void our charge but it could take 3-5 business days to get it back. So far it’s been Saturday Sunday and Monday but no charge has been voided. They left my wife and i plus our three boys left with no where to go at 6:45 at night because we “harassed” them as they stated. She said we were calling too much. We called ONCE. Even informed them we paid for the batteries to fix the AC. I’m appalled to say I’ve held this place near and dear to me for my entire life and for my children o have to experience this on their first day of vacation. And on my wife’s bday. A day we are suppose to be making memories. Not to mention we had purchases 300$ worth of groceries. Mainly meats/cheese/fruits and almost everything is ruined. From unpacking and packing a million times and being left with no Where to go. Absolutely disgusted in the lack of concern and...

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed at in PCB. We got here and was NEVER made aware of the construction going on. In the bedroom on the main floor you can see floor joists and outside. The guest bedroom upstairs has the closet completely taped off. The bathrooms had not been cleaned. The floors had not been cleaned, we had to sweep and got up a bucket full of sand. The coffee pot still had coffee in it. The bedsheets had horrible stains, and the list goes on and on. I contacted Eric, and made him aware of ALL the issues. His partner came by and looked at all the issues here. She took pictures herself and said she was told that all the construction was already fixed, but wasn't, so she was surprised herself. She brought us clean sheets. Eric told me we would be getting a refund, then he came back and said it would only be $100 due to having 8 people in the condo. Now please know I spoke to Eric on the phone in May and told him what we was needing and how many people we had with us. He offered this condo, Sugar Beach B13 to us, advised me there was 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch so i agreed and made the full payment. Never not one time was it mentioned it was under construction nor that there would be any kind of issues with the amount of people. But when it came to refunding some money back due to ALL the issues, it was a big problem even though Eric knew the amount before I ever made the full payment. I do not suggest you stay here.
