I am very hurt by how I was treated while I was working there. I was not trained to do anything. I was supposed to help with online orders and shipments but was never shown how to do it. I worked maybe three weeks and then she started cutting my hours. At the time I was trying to work an extra part time job to save up for a car. She told me 3 times that business was slow and she would message me when she needed me. But the last time I went in she had hired a new girl and another person that worked for her previously. I also was trying to help her out because when I went in the store to look around she said she needed some workers. I said I would see about working after school. I have shopped here many times over the years. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. Recently, I misplaced a sorelli set that my grandmother had given me. I emailed them asking if they had the style name of the necklace on file and if there was any way to reorder it all these years later. They messaged me back and told me they were reaching out to their rep. They ended up not having the original color as it's discontinued but they did help me replace the necklace in the same style with a new color that is almost identical to the original one. They went even further and sent me pictures of different earrings so I could pick the perfect pair, since I now live out of state and couldn't visit the store. Most other places would have directed me to their website but they took the time to send me pictures of them so I could choose a replacement. The customer service is out...

Recently.....I was on my way to a Doctor’s appointment.... and thought I would check out this store. All I can say is WOW!!!!! Ladies!!!! This is a must have!!! A selection of jewelry, clothes, etc....., you won’t find anywhere! I returned with a friend and she couldn’t believe the selection of fine items and customer service. We arrived right before closing.... and they did not rush us to get out. What a pleasant shopping experience!!!!!! LOVE...
