Ross Dress for Less — Attraction in Panama City

I used to love this store for their dresses especially. But the last 3 times I have gone, the cashier has left on a security tag. It didn't beep when I left and I didn't discover it until I was home. The time before last when this happened, I lost the receipt... and when I took the item back to the store to have the tag removed, the cashier literally accused me of stealing the item. I had proof that I made a big purchase, based on a bank statement reflecting the date of purchase. But she insisted that people steal items all the time and then bring them back to have the security tags removed. If I were a thief I definitely wouldn't do this. And I would also steal items more expensive than 7.99. Absolutely ridiculous. They should either say nothing at all or APOLOGIZE for their mistake since not only did I pay for the item, I had to return a second time wasting my time and gas money to remove a security tag. But no, let's insult and accuse the customer of stealing because you failed to do your job. And yes, I've worked in customer service all my life so I know the stresses of every day...

I was shopping a little for others and for myself... Yes, I have to wrap my presents. I stayed for a few hours at the store "Ross Dress for Less" next door to joanns fabric & Home Depot. A pleasant experience except for the fact that they have way way too many items I loved at more than reasonable prices. So...... I had a buggy full by the time id hit half the store. :/ Not good if your on a budget lol. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for fabulous bargains and name brands. The associates were all helpful and nice. The manager actually marked down the bench in the picture for me to $20 since one little foot is missing. Totally worth it. The lovely purple padded bench w storage I REALLY WANTED was $99. :( It was beautiful). Anyhow I wont cry over the pretty purple padded bench i didnt get because I AM SO So very BLESSED! Thank you God! I love you and your Son. I praise you in all things alway In Christ where we have forgiveness.. 1 Cor 15: 3-4 KJV. Awesome place to pick up unique gifts for that hard to buy...

Open..open..open!! Glad they are keeping store clean and stocked and they are all so friendly UPDATE frequent the Store after work in Postal Uniform ..was a little line .safe distancing and everyone appropriately had on mask. Cashier's were deligently working the line. When I approached as next customer to be called on. The cashier did not call out "Next Customer please" as customary I waited ...a long pause occurred .she stretched ..I finally just walked towards counter ..asked are you still taking guest? She nodded ..as she bagged my items I had 2 liquid soaps she placed in with towels I asked to just place in another seperate bag because often they leak. She did so begrudgingly. My next two items were glass bottles . She dropped in next to each other ... Im not sure if it was lack of training or if I simply had the wrong color "tan". As I cashed out walked towards exit she certainly didn't have problem ..calling up next customer with the traditional "Next guest please!" Name badge read "Naomi. .we all deserve to be treated...
