35 Plaza — Attraction in Paramus

I recently visited 35 Plaza and had a pleasant experience overall. The mall is conveniently located, with ample parking that made my visit hassle-free right from the start.

The mall offers a diverse range of stores, catering to various tastes and needs. From popular fashion retailers to unique boutique shops, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed browsing through the selections at a couple of the specialty stores that had items I hadn’t seen elsewhere.

Dining options were also quite impressive. There was a good mix of casual eateries and sit-down restaurants. I opted for a quick bite at one of the food court vendors and was satisfied with both the quality and the service.

The mall’s layout is straightforward and easy to navigate, with clear signage that made finding my way around simple. The cleanliness of the facility stood out as well, with well-maintained restrooms and common areas.

It's a little strip mall on Rt. 4 in Paramus. It has some nice shops, a Starbucks, Blick artist store & a pregnancy store, I think. The big draws are the Houlihan's & Starbucks, IMHO. The Houlihan's is excellent, clean & has a 2nd floor eating area & the food is fantastic.

the only reason to really go here is for blaze Pizza the other stores like a roadrunner and Blick art supplies and the maternity store really aren't worth the trip for me and the traffic is ridiculous trying to get into the parking lot can be annoying but trying to get out of it can be basically impossible and unless you're getting on Route 17 going north after you leave the parking lot. You're basically screwed because he has no way to get all the way across to the other lanes but that's how it...
