Amazing Staff, the manager was extraordinary, such a great local business! I was so amazed from the moment I walked in ... I am home, and I felt I needed to give this local business the thumbs up.

Everything about this business is awesome. The establishment is pristine. There is a no shoe policy, even adults have to wear socks. There was someone going around the entire time cleaning, and keeping up.

What really made me happy was the manager. She had a way with people. I was new, unfamiliar with the rules, socks, etc. She was so helpful, and made us feel right at home. As the adults sat in the food area, our 7 year olds were able to run about and slide, dress up, dance and have hours of fun on a rainy day. If your child is small, this is NOT a babysitting service, there is a daycare next door, it is an amusement business so children must be attended. However, as we sat and chatted, we could see our girls the entire time. There was staff manning the floor the entire time. There aren't any weird exits, so the kids are so safe in this place.

The place is so clean, well lit, and the decor.. it is just adorable. Everything was perfect about this place and our experience. I will most certainly be coming back. As someone new to the area, I am so happy that our friends introduced us to this place. I would definitely recommend this place to parents with children 8 and under.

But, I just really think the woman who manages the place deserves a special acknowledgement for her hard work, well manners, and extraordinary customer...

I recently hosted a birthday party for my child at this venue. Here’s a breakdown of the experience:

Cost: The party for 10 kids amounted to $1,500, which is on the higher side. Food Quality and Distribution: While the quality of the food was commendable, the distribution was initially problematic. A staff member controlled the portions too strictly, resulting in inadequate food for some guests. This area needs better management. If you order just pizza, it will quite cheaper. Facility Cleanliness: A big plus was the cleanliness of the venue. Separate Incident - Coat Storage Issue: On a different occasion, I faced an issue where my coat got torn due to a protruding screw in the area designated for shoe storage, which is not marked as only shoe storage. The staff’s initial reaction was disappointing, as they were unapologetic. Positive Response from Management: Notably, after my child’s party, the manager reached out, apologized for the difficulties experienced, and kindly offered a free pass. This gesture was much appreciated and showed their commitment to customer service.

Overall, while there were some setbacks, the manager’s proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction was impressive. This responsiveness adds to the venue’s appeal, despite the earlier concerns. Update: when they offered us a free pass, they actually...

Don't waste your time booking this place for a birthday party. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had renting a party place. They are very misleading in their rental agreements and the packages are overpriced. They want you to pay for children and adults that didn't even make it to the party due to sickness. I could understand the paying for the children since they had to set up for them but not the adults. They don't cater to adults at all, so why pay if the person is not present. The manager excuse was they already paid for the kids food (what food!!! 1 slice of pizza cut in half and fake iced tea for a package that starts at $599). He couldn't find a liable excuse for the adults (mind you I bought extra food for the adults). The food menu is also overpriced. This place got 1 star because the lady helping for my sons party was very nice and understood where I was coming from. The cherry on top was my son's friend spilled the juice by accident on the table, one of the staff was giving me attitude because I asked him for paper towel to wipe the mess (mind you they charged about $200 for gratuity). He only provided us with 1 ply to wipe the juice off the table. The manager is clueless and very dismissive. All he cares about is money.
