We were visiting my grandmother over the weekend and stayed at the Fairfield hotel so we walked over to the mall to kill some time. The food court was an easy stop and the kids play area was great to let the little one get some energy out. The mall even had a fun bungee/trampoline thing my 4 year old went on! However, this is where my experience of this place took a turn for the worse. As I helped my 4 year old onto the trampoline and stayed out of the way but in sight of her in case she freaked out one of the employees asked me to leave as it was jumpers only. No problem I was there for like 2 mins and she was clearly enjoying bouncing 20 feet in the air. On my way out of the area he just kept telling me how that was the rule and how it was posted on a sign. Again, I had no issue as I was already out of the are at this point and ignoring this semi aggressive man with the worst come over I’ve ever seen of maybe 10 hairs. When he realized I was ignoring him he got louder and even grabbed the sign to chase me down and put it in my face. My kid had a blast and wanted to go again which I would have done, but I couldn’t sit there and listen to him talk loudly to his coworker about how nobody listens to him and how much he hates his job.

Stew Leonard’s was super awesome and probably the best part of this whole area. 10/10 I would live there if I could and didn’t have to ever see come over homie...

This is a great family mall. Not too big or small. Decent selection of stores. There is a play area for the little ones which is on they first floor, but moving to the second floor as of May 1 2019. The only thing missing is a decent family restroom. If you have the time - Macy’s on the second floor has a nice spacious one, with a sitting area where you can nurse your baby if you have to. The Soma store also is very friendly and will allow you to use their fitting room to nurse (which is why I love soma!!). It is a fun easy mall to let my little one run around because mainly all the stores are on the first level. I don’t have to worry about her running to the escalator or stairs! I do wish there were more options for sit down food. There is a pizza restaurant and Panera on the bottom level. The top has your typical food court selections. I hope more things pop up here when Stew Leonard’s opens in the...

I accompanied my Dad to a doctor's office situated inside the mall itself. I was there for several hours and walked around the entirety of the mall without entering any stores. It was incredibly interesting to see that this place hasn't changed since the last time I visited the place over 25 years ago. How are they still operating these brick and mortars? Who in the world would want to actively shop in this place? It's not located conveniently to anything but a highway. There's zero incidental foot traffic. I understand some folks (especially seniors) don't shop online and G-d bless them. It's just amazing that the mall probably does 20% of the business it did in the 90's yet its still operating. They should turn malls like that into schools or airports; better yet airplane pilot training facilities. 😎 Idk... avoid the place if you can help...

Weird experience in the upstairs food court by kids play area. My children and my friends were playing. Most of them are ages 3-6. There was a 7 year old and a 10 year old who were playing w the other kids and helping them around the public play area. All of a sudden security show up as this guy in the photo decides that are 7 and 10 year old shouldn’t be playing or assisting their siblings in the public play area. Shame on him! There is no age restriction and he’s clearly racist as the ten year old helping her siblings was in a hijab and there were older kids doing the same but he targeted her. Thankfully security thought it was ridiculous and don’t do anything except roll their eyes as the guy ran away carrying his daughter. So give stars for the security guys 👌

This mall is huge and rushed up on weekends! I wanted school supplies for my kid. The school bag for boys had not many option In children’s place or vans or even kids store! I definitely enjoyed accompanying my kid in the Lego store. The staff here was kind and calm. There was Claire’s where I thought of visiting to pierce my ear but I saw and didn’t go due to the rush. I also visited the bath and body works for some good sanitizers and body mist. We bought few macaroons and bubble tea because the food court was completely filled. Didn’t like how some random school kids were running around

I am very happy to see this mall is still in operation, I haven’t been to this mall in ages, because I no longer live in New Jersey. I grew up in Paramus, elementary school through high school so I have very fond memories of Paramus Park. But when I was in high school there was always a lot of people at the mall every weekend, I am sad to hear there are not as many people there these days. When I visit New Jersey again, I plan to visit Paramus park for nostalgia sake, and see how much it has changed.
