We came here and were greeted and assisted by Russell. Very nice and knowledgeable guy who was super patient with us. We tried every mattress they had and Russell suggested the hybrid firm mattress which was partially memory foam and partially coil. At the store, keep in mind that people are constantly trying out the mattresses and therefore they are softer than the one you actually receive. That was our mistake. We went with the firm hybrid and adjustable queen base and I got a pillow because the tester seemed comfortable. We got the insurance on the base (this is NOT the same insurance as the mattress little did we know). But without base insurance, you canât return it. I went online and read some reviews on how there are no return/refund/exchanges. The â45 day comfort guarantee,â only applies if you get the platinum âmattressâ insurance. I got platinum âbaseâ insurance. I called raymour to confirm if I had the 45-day guarantee and they said no only the base insurance and I ended up purchasing the extra âmattressâ insurance before delivery for an additional $110. (Thank god. keep reading). Bed came and was hard as a rock. Nothing like the store bed and the base was too small for the mattress. Customer care never got back to me so I went in person, only for the customer care manager to say you need to sleep in it for at least 15-30 more days in order to make a claim on the 45-day comfort guarantee. I told them I slept on the floor and there was no way I was going to wait that long after I paid in full two days prior. They told me to come back the next day to speak with the store manager who would have to make a decision. I come back and met with Evan who really helped us out. He honored the 45-day comfort guarantee, took back the pillow that came in, the adjustable base that was too small and we ended up upgrading to a king firm pillow top. Russell and Evan made what started as a Terrible mattress experience into a better one since they were so understanding. We got our king bed today and I couldnât be happier. The store has great prices and furniture. I will come back.
My advice to the customer is do your research, make sure youâre happy with what youâre buying and understand that they donât do refunds at all and donât do returns/exchanges unless you have insurance on each item. Donât go buy a mattress and lay on your back, sleep on your side like you normally do (unless you sleep on your back), and really feel the bed out. Donât do it with a hoodie or a jacket on. This is an investment for the next 10 years.

   Read moreAN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE- Iâve purchased many items from Raymour & Flanagan in the past but my experience with this store has been absolutely awful. I placed an order for a living room set, additional coffee table, end tables and a 6 piece bedroom set at the time of closing on my new home. I provided the store with the dimensions of all entryways as I was concerned with the size of one of the sectional pieces. Fast forward 2 months later I took off of work to finally move to my new home (in another state) and was expecting my furniture that day. Only to find out that I was correct that my couch would not fit and to find out that my bed needed a box spring (previously directed we would not). I called the store immediately to attempt to rectify it, where I was greeted by management with comments such as âwe donât know the blueprint of your homeâ and âyou didnât purchase your bed here so thatâs not our problemâ. I put these immature comments aside., purchased a new couch priced significantly higher and a king size split box spring. I then proceeded to schedule my delivery and take off of work once again. I was told I would be receiving a credit for my delivery fee but that was the best they could do. After arriving home, I did the math of credit as they did not provide me a detailed invoice to find out I received no credit at all. Planning to call the following business day to get the financial matter situated, I called the store to be informed that my furniture was out of stock and they could not guarantee when it would be delivered. In addition, they advised that the only compensation I was able to receive was for them to fix the error in my previous invoice. I placed an order valued for thousands of dollars and in return I have only received a $180 credit, forced to miss work twice and have no sense of if/when I will be receiving my furniture. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone I know and will unfortunately NEVER order from this franchise...

He honestly took his time with me and allowed me to try a good number of mattresses as well as breaking down the science behind each mattress, and also listening intently to my needs to see which one would be better as well as respecting my budget! When I tell you, his service was impeccable đ©it truly made the experience way more richer because as for me, this was my first time investing so much in a high quality bed and I was able to purchase not only a new bedframe, but as well as a mattress and I truly enjoyed myself! I will have this bed for years to come!!!He also helped me w/ A discount to get two vases in & used A coupon that the store emailed me when I called earlier that morning!!! so from the savings to Davidâs attitude, it was just perfect !
