Street Beats Audio — Attraction in Park City

So I dealt with this company and they installed audio in a few car of mine. Roughly about a 1 1/2 ago I had them built me a custom speaker box for my DC 15 that I was putting into my 21 dodge charger which they charge me a little over $500 to build. About a month ago my speaker box started to lose it seal and coming apart and now sounding terrible . So today I went to their shop to see what can be done. First thing the manager tried to tell me was this work was done over 3yrs ago and I said no I haven’t even had this car 3yrs ago , it’s a 21 and I didn’t even buy this car until march off 22. I said maybe you’re getting this car confused with my other charger I had him build a box for. Then he tried to tell me that this wasn’t even the car they built this box for that it was another car and again I said no it was this car that he built this box for and installed. At this point I’m getting kinda irritated cause I can see where this is going. So he proceed to tell me it’s been over a year that they don’t give warranties beyond that for boxes and that I need a new box built. I’m like fine give me an estimate on a new one built.$1,116.03 is the cost he gave me. That’s over double then what I paid for the box they built for me before. He say it’s different material they use now to build the boxes now and that why the cost is different. So I look and the paperwork he gives me and really feel like this guy was trying to hustle me. Where do I start? Wow... Very impressed. I have A Viper alarm /remote start on my Tahoe. Both remotes quit working. Took it to a place in West Wichita, I was told that the remote are junk and I would be better with their brand. Needed to install a new system, just remote start, not an alarm, for 325.00. I've Been to these guys twice. Once for an alarm fix and once for an amp replacement for bad amp, neither one of them was their original install. I will go back for a 3rd time if need be. They are the honest straight shooters that are hard to find. If you question them, they have answers and will even show you what you need and why. Honest and reasonable people. If they werent, there is too much competition in wichita for them to be in business as long as they have....
