Events On Ridge — Attraction in Parma

I booked the venue from another city and had to correspond via email to confirm details. In spite of COVID interruptions with our original date, the staff was encouraging and helped us secure an alternate date. They provided very clear and timely communication, answering any questions we had, while confirming our desired plans.

Their booking process was user friendly and easy to reference when needed. The space was clean and had everything needed for our event. We appreciated the kitchenette prep space, AV equipment and NOT having to rent our own tables, chairs and linens! They nailed our color palette and theme!

The restrooms were nice and clean, and there was even a coat rack! The parking and location was convenient as there were stores nearby in the event we needed to pick up a last minute item (and we did)!

They were kind, professional and available upon arrival and throughout the duration of the event in case we needed something. When we arrived, everything was just as we desired, along with a sanitizing station for our health & safety. We had ample space to setup a large meal, desserts and the customized photo backdrop with lighting was the highlight of the evening! The guests were pleased and had a good time. Most of all, our son and daughter-in-love were happy with their reception. We love to support Black and Women owned businesses. As an event planner from out of town, we didn’t notice the difference of location because the owners did not disappoint! So we recommend Events on Ridge and thank them for making our event special...

Events on Ridge is truly one of kind with a dynamite staff!

I started a new holiday tradition with members of my community both friends and family and it was a major hit all thanks to Events on Ridge.

I had such great communication with both Eric and Alisha EVERY step of the way. Plus, just having their genuine excitement about the event made me even more confident that it would all go well and it did!

From decor options to food options, spacious kitchenette where food could be kept warmed and more, ground level free parking(easily accessible for those who might not be able to walk upstairs or inclines), ample set up and tear down time, which the team also helped with! I could go on!!

Events on Ridge sincerely came through and provided me with all the necessary tools to make a successful party.

I had an event in October. I want to thank the owners for the professionalism. They work with you every step of the way & very sweet & business oriented people. Please make sure you read your contract. Everything you need to know is outlined so there is no confusion. They provide different payment options. The venue is Absolutely gorgeous & great for inmate events. I always recommend that you visit a venue before booking to make it looks like the pictures & meet the owners to get a feel for yourself. You will not be disappointed with this event center. Look forward to doing business...
