Shoe Dept. Encore — Local services in Parma

I went today to pick up a pair of boots they were holding for me. I had gone to the North Olmsted location the day before, but they were out of the size so they called Parma to hold them for me. I had specifically asked him how long they would hold them, and he answered "48 hours." My mother was present and also heard him say this. I walk into this location, approx 24 hours later, and the salesperson (blond girl) is immediately rude and tells me, quote, "He never said that. It has to be by the end of the day," in a really snarky tone. No, sorry he was mistaken, or anything like that. Calling your customers liars is never a great approach! I was of course offended, but said nothing. It was super unnecessary. The 2 stars are because the salesman with glasses was very friendly and polite while actually assisting me. ...

Very rude staff. the girl offered to help me and then when I asked she seemed uninterested. I needed a nice pair of shoes but they didn’t have my size. then she said they might have them in the back and went to go check and instead of coming back to tell me no she “asked another girl” but she didn’t ask her anything cause when I walked past they were talking about how her sister was a lesbian or something and AFTER she finished the conversation she came and told me they didn’t have them..... and then after all that I decided to get the half size bigger cause I needed them but stopped to look at another pair I thought might work and over heard them talking about how I was gonna try to steal them. I've had really good experiences there I'm the past and they have been nothing but nice fore the most part. However I was in there yesterday (Aug 27 '22) and one of the workers was so beyond rude. When I asked him if they had a pair of heels in my size he snapped at me saying everything they had in stock was out. He then proceeded to be condensing and showed me that they didn't have my size, which I clearly understood already. He wasn't wasn't doing anything overwhelming he was putting away socks and that was it. Highly rude. Also the store was highly unorganized and honestly filthy. I've been there several times before that but I doubt I'll be returning to...
