The counter guy seems to be very rude. I was able to give him both the part number along with the model and serial of the range I was working on and he complained about having a part number saying that’s not a GE part number. It’s clearly the stock part from the unit. After giving the model and serial number he just seemed to have a lack of care to try and help me. He just simply said we don’t stock those, without any effort to find it. I called the V and V in Garfield and they had it in stock ! I will take the few extra minutes to drive to Garfield location. Then he still couldn't find the part, and he couldn't remember the part I needed after telling him three times what I needed. He got all irritated with me, complained about how he had a bunch of people at his desk and no time for me. He told me to find the part myself and call him back. I found the part myself in seconds and ordered it from a different place because nobody deserves...
