The counter guy seems to be very rude. I was able to give him both the part number along with the model and serial of the range I was working on and he complained about having a part number saying that’s not a GE part number. It’s clearly the stock part from the unit. After giving the model and serial number he just seemed to have a lack of care to try and help me. He just simply said we don’t stock those, without any effort to find it. I called the V and V in Garfield and they had it in stock ! I will take the few extra minutes to drive to Garfield location. MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I called, and the guy was noticeably overwhelmed. First he complained that the number off the part wasn't good enough and that he needed the washer model number. Then he still couldn't find the part, and he couldn't remember the part I needed after telling him three times what I needed. He got all irritated with me, complained about how he had a bunch of people at his desk and no time for me. He told me to find the part myself and call him back. I found the part myself in seconds and ordered it from a different place because nobody deserves...

The worker who assisted me was quick and helpful. I got what I needed and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Gave me a breakdown of different part options, an installation tip, and opened the box to check the part condition was good before I left. I'll be back for any future...
