CrossFit Unbreakable — Attraction in Parsippany-Troy Hills

I joined CrossFit Unbreakable with zero previous exposure to the sport. The coaches are unparalleled at making each member feel welcome and comfortable. Their strong emphasis on technique, breaking down the mechanics and ensuring they are done correctly and safely, has been instrumental to my development. I am several months into my membership and the results of the hard work is definitely tangible.

Beyond the workouts, CFU promotes a supportive community. There is a strong, positive culture among the members, with everyone encouraging each other during classes which fosters unity and comradery. There have also been social events hosted at local bars and restaurants which present opportunities to build friendships and unwind a bit.

CrossFit Unbreakable has been an awesome expereince for me. I have been here six-months this month, and from day one, the coaches were super welcoming and motivated, and their focus on technique and community is of the highest caliber. My strength, conditioning, and body composition have changed a great deal since I started here.

The programming is challenging but scalable for all fitness levels, and they do so expertly. I love the daily WODS, friendly competition, Barbell Club, and regular access to other people's dogs! The gym is deceptively large, and they have a dedicated open gym area that's accessible even during classes.
