My son and I came in yesterday looking for a laptop for a Xmas present and after waiting awhile, all 3 guys disappeared, was told they were out of both I was looking at but they could order it. I was scared about it showing up damaged and ask the guy what if we shipped it to the store. He said it would take longer and arrive Dec 24 but if we ordered it last night we would get it today (Dec 21) and if it came in broke we could take it up there. I repeated what him and he said yes we would have it today. I held off going anywhere so I could wait for the package and when it didn’t show up by 2 PM we called to check and was told it would not be delivered until January 4. Called customer service and she just kept asking us why would we request it to be shipped when they had it in store. Went up to the store and spoke with the supervisor Stephanie who said they had just got it in last night and that the guy was quoting the date he seen on his phone. When I told her he confirmed several times I would have it today and that’s why I ordered it she just said he never made any promises or lied. Told her if they wasn’t certain he shouldn’t promise it would be here today just to make a sell. She said there was nothing she could do because the stores do not answer their own phones so she can’t cancel it even though it hadn’t shipped. The only contact info they have goes directly to the main 1-800 customer service line. Then we were told it was actually coming from Houston and not even a warehouse. I had to ask the guy before we bought it if there was another store that had it in stock. I could’ve drove over to Houston myself but instead we had to spend money we didn’t have to buy a new one to make sure it was here on time for Christmas....
Read moreFirst I would like to recognize Isaiah S. That dude is beast when it comes to customer service. I had an issue with an online order that was cancelled by corporate. I came to the store the next day (08/04) to reorder my washer and dryer and spoke to the manager about it. I did not get the manager name but she was not helpful at all. I spoke to her about my order getting canceled and wanted to reorder it. I wanted details about why my order got canceled and if I can get the same price and promotion that I had. She told my I needed to call 1888-BestBuy about it. i left the store and call 1888-BestBuy immediately. I spoke to two associates about my problem and they weren’t able to help me. I went back to the store the next day (08/05) to reorder my washer and dryer. That’s when Isaiah S. came in was able to take good care of me. I told him what I was looking for and mention about my situation with the online order. Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure I got the same deal that I got with my original order. Thank you Isaiah for the great customer service. Your customer service saved me a trip to going to Conns to get a refrigerator. I will be back to only see Isiah on my next purchases because I am confident he will take care...

So I went in with a couple of friends, and at the time I was really eager to buy an MS Surface, so I had the money in my pocket, ready to buy at whichever store had a good deal/could sell it to me the best. Now, I like to dress casually. Flip flops and shorts casual, even, as it was summer. My two friends meanwhile were dressed in jeans and patterned button up shirts. The guy near the MS products immediately flocks to them, selling them on its features and the kind of stuff you could use the surface for. He walked past me to do that, not sparing even a single glance. I checked the item out as he blabbed to them before one of them stopped him and said that they were only here because I was the one who wanted to buy it. I was already walking away by the time I heard him calling out, "s-sir." Good example of not judging a book by its cover. More recently, after giving them my email (yes, this was my mistake) at checkout, I began getting a stream of spam email. Is this a coincidence? Very possible. I might be biased against them, but the timing was suspicious. There are more bad things I can mention, but the short and sweet of it is I haven't had a good experience here.
