I've been shopping at Lane Bryant for years. Yesterday I went in to the Pasadena location and was returning a bra that was too big. During the whole process they have a wrong email address which is fine but I worry if they change it. It messes up on my credit card and my points and whatever. I've asked two different people, one, why the wrong email is there and two, is it going to mess everything up. They don't know the answer to that question. Long Story short the young lady was a very snooty rude employee and likes to roll her eyes. That's unfortunate because when I was in there a few days ago the woman I was talking to was very polite and was very helpful. We all know I'm not going to stop shopping at Lane Bryant because I happen to love their bras but that location that is only 5 or 10 minutes from my house will no longer be the location I go to. I will have to go out of my way to go to one or two other different stores, but it'll be better than dealing with someone that obviously doesn't care how she treats...

Received a message stating my message would be forwarded to a district manager and that they were very sorry about what happened. Was treated rudely by Ashley or ashlyn and the store wasn't even aware of special drawings. Until I asked and they then were mad about it ??? Was not in the 1st drawing and on top of that a person stating they do blogs for the brand was there and it took every employees attention off any other customers for atleast 45 minutes. Read moreI had to go in and get fitted for a bra, especially because they were having such a great sale! Anyway, I despise bra shopping and really didn't want to be there. However, Sandra spotted me and immediately jumped to help. She fitted me and helped me find the right styles for my body type. She listened to what I liked and offered suggestions. She pulled so many items for me to try out and did it with a smile. She was so friendly that I went back again later with my daughter. Today in the mail, I received a handwritten personal note from Sandra thanking me for coming in and I was so impressed. Who does that kind of customer service these days?!
