Very nice, helpful employees! However, two complaints: 1.) Can't use a debit card for their curbside purchases/pickups. Why don't they get a wireless credit/debit card reader that employees can bring to the door? Or a Square reader for entering pin numbers? These can be disinfected after every use. 2.) They have stuff available to purchase in the physical store that are NOT listed as available for purchase/pickup on their website. I found this out when I called the store about a specific item that was "unavailable" for purchase/pickup online. But they actually had one in the store. However, I will say that today they did help me purchase this item. But I had to drive to a grocery store to purchase a GAMESTOP gift card in order to buy it. Also can't use cash. Read moreThere is a lot of nice plush toys and clothing and mugs and other items of the sort. Also a place to go if you still want physical games, but they also offer download codes with special in-store gifts sometimes (depending on the games of course).
The employees are very friendly and are good at remembering their customers and being very friendly, fellow gamers. The staff are always very helpful.
My only complaint is how much they push the powerup rewards pro memberships, but I'm sure it's just mandatory by GameStop's way...
