Fiesta Mexican Restaurant is an absolute treasure in the Tri Cities area. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that sets the stage for an incredible dining experience.
One of the highlights of our visit was the fresh salsa bar. We indulged in tasting them all and were pleasantly surprised by the variety and flavors. The tropical salsa, in particular, stood out with its perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess - it was a true explosion of tropical flavors in every bite.
And let's talk about presentation! The piña colada served in a pineapple was not only beautiful but also incredibly delicious. Sipping on that refreshing drink transported us to a tropical paradise right in the heart of Tri Cities.
Now, onto the main course. The Torta with steak was nothing short of excellent. Juicy, flavorful steak sandwiched between soft, toasted bread - it was a culinary delight. And let's not forget about the hatch burritos - each bite bursting with robust flavors and just the right amount of spice.
Although we missed out on ordering the table-side guac this time, we're already eagerly planning our next visit to Fiesta Mexican Restaurant. We simply can't wait to indulge in that freshly prepared guacamole while enjoying the lively ambiance and fantastic food.
If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in the Tri Cities area, look no further than Fiesta Mexican Restaurant. Trust me, you won't be...
Read moreI was honestly disappointed with this restaurant. I find that you can generally tell how the food is going to be at a Mexican food restaurant by that all important first impression; the salsa and chips. The chips were pretty good, and that's about where my enjoyment of this dining experience ended. The salsa was watery and not very flavorful. So much so that I suspect was not fresh, or perhaps even store bought. Honestly, I think Pace makes a better salsa. They also had a "Salsa Bar" which sounded exciting, neat idea, but the different salsas all turned out to be about like the salsa they brought to our table; too bland and not very flavorful. The only one I liked was, interesting enough, the tropical one with pineapple in it. The food that followed was about the same quality; I had the enchiladas. The re fried beans were good. The meat was good, but the flavor was mostly chili powder so, I didn't like them much. I also expected them to have a thicker corn casing like you expect with enchiladas, rather than thin corn tortillas. I also didn't like the cheese they used on top. My daughter had the dish that was steak and bacon with onions and some other things in there; it was much better, but nothing I would repeat again. That said, the service was excellent, the staff was polite and did a great job of serving, but that's about the best I can say for this Mexican...
Read moreI want to start off with this location is MILES apart compared to the Kennewick location not in just literal miles but quality. It’s my birthday so I decided to order surf and turf shrimp and steak. My significant other ordered a chimichanga as well. We literally went into the restaurant 3 times to have them make our order right since we ordered via DoorDash. The outcome ended up being them giving the original which was just the shrimp no chimichanga nothing not even chips and salsa back to us with a wet burrito for my man and no steak to boot. The guy just continually giving excuses as to why originally it wasn’t all of the food then gaslighting just saying that the almost $30 meal of just shrimp doesn’t come with steak. Check your menu because it should. Not only was the back and fourth obnoxious but the food was straight trash. I’ve had better Taco Bell 😂🤣 Straight embarrassing to be honest especially with how many times we gave to fix the problem and it still being two completely wrong orders. These were too salty of dishes, too flavorless for the burrito that was mainly rice, and just plainly the wrong items. I am making it right through DoorDash since you didn’t want to and best believe I will...
