Used to be good and loved my usual of GRILLED chicken Teriyaki. I had several mediocre experiences a couple of years ago, but decided to try again seeing if it was any better. It wasn't....worse in fact. I'm not even sure the chicken was actually grilled at all! It literally tasted and looked like boiled chicken. Service was super fast, but for GRILLED chicken, it's OK to wait a couple of extra minutes to get some Maillard reaction marks on it. Sauce was also watery thin, bland, and tasted like it came from a Kikkoman bottle. I didn't finish my lunch. Also was there at 11 a.m. and they assumed I wanted the dinner version and up-charged. Maybe I should have said something, but I want to support a mom and pop small business place whenever possible. Maybe I miss the original owner or parents that started the place and used to make good grilled chicken. Maybe I'll try again in another couple of years.

Just moved to the Tri-Cities area and slowly getting to trying out new places to eat. Came across this place a few weeks ago and stopped in for a bite today. This place is a little small but not bad for a strip mall location. Restaurant was clean and nice as were the restrooms. Staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting items to try. Ended up ordering the chicken and beef teriyaki plate. It was decently priced and the portions were enough to share the meal with my fiancee and leave us full but not stuffed. I will definitely be back here again!

Picture this; you're a grocery delivery driver on a Saturday at lunchtime. You have 15 minutes before your next pickup and the fast food drive throughs are all slammed. Whatever shall you do? Certainly not eat the snacks you packed specifically to avoid having to eat out! Instead you remember that little Teriyaki place you used to love and check to see if it still exists. Grab a quick $10 teriyaki bowl which I swear they had bagged and ready in less than a minute! Now you have delicious food and 10 minutes to spare. What a delight!

This is one of our families favorite restaurants. We love going here because the staff is friendly and food is good. However today I was very dissatisfied and upset enough to write a review. I went through the drive thru and placed a large order. The male owner read back the order and I verified that it was correct for what we ordered (2 other people in the car with me heard it). We left to run an errand while they prepared the food and returned to pick it up. When we go home, two of the items that I ordered were missing. So I drove back to the restaurant and went to the drive thru window. A man came to the window and I explained that I did not get one of the Chicken Katsu's or the teriyaki sauce I ordered. He said okay and then the male owner came to the window and proceeded to tell me that he knows that the Chicken Katsu was in there because he dropped it into the fryer himself and I said yes we got one of them - the one with no vegetables but not the regular one. He said he didn't ring it in and he didn't ring in the teriyaki sauce (so he did not ring in my complete order that he read back to me). He said I will make you one however I was very upset because he called me a liar (like I was trying to get free food), I had to drive back to the restaurant, and now my sons food and the egg rolls I had ordered were getting cold and so I declined. Also because they are a small business and I wanted to support them during this time, I also gave a good tip. I am not a liar and not out to get free food - his problem that he did not ring in the correct order that he read...

It was all arrived not good , the rice seemed like it was prefrozen packaged rice, really stuck together not fresh rice at all, the meat tasted the same it was also pretty dry and chewy, the vegetables were ok, the lady at the register was pretty rude, she apparently washed half the floor before we came in and didn't have a wet floor sign or anything and as we walked in she yelled at us to walk on the right side of the floor due to her just mopping and not wanting to have to mop again unfortunately the bathroom was on the left side of the building so I walked over her wet floor to use the bathroom anyways, and she was pretty rude to us when we were trying to order, their was only one person when we got their waiting on his food I can see why that place ain't getting the business they could be getting it's a good location, they just need better customers service, oh and they forgot some of our order but it was so bad we didn't even go...
