Mattress Depot USA — Attraction in Pasco

After multiple purchases from the Pasco store, my rating sat at a solid 5 stars. However, my last purchase on 11/3/18 (a king size Platinum Prodigy, made by Lady Americana Northwest (initially my most comfortable purchase to date, turned out to be a lemon after 15-20 nights of use), will be my last. One corner lost its ability to support a body rendering it useless. However, Mattress Depot will not honor their warrantee. Be very careful and demand everything from them in writing. I made the mistake of telling them the mattress is at my vacation home 200 miles away. Since my initial conversation with the Mattress Depot, I have been referred to two websites to complete forms, been emailed countless forms, been referred to the manufacturer, and asked to supply countless pictures. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I own a business, but have always taken care of any warranty claims on the spot, and have never referred a customer to an offsite, out of town manufacturer. Some of their products are very good. However, if there’s a defect, don’t expect them to stand behind...

About the time we moved to Pasco, we were looking for a king size mattress so we came to this location. We were greeted by Marc, who sprang to his feet and offered our kiddos balloons while we perused the store looking for the best option. Marc was highly attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns. He gave us a fantastic deal on the mattress, saving us financial resources and making us customers for life! And when I said I was quite parched from the heat, he was eager to offer one of his prized la Croix beverages. Alas, I have a a delicate palate and prefer something a bit more...well... refined. Awesome place!! Paul and Dave have been awesome! This has been a lengthy process for me and my family as we haven't been quite sure what we want, and the budget has been tight. We have been in a couple of times to try to figure out our obstacles. Paul has been the best!! He has been very informative, personable, kind, and patient as we have had to take our young children in with us. We have looked other places, but keep coming back here! You can't get better customer service or knowledge ANYWHERE! We will ALWAYS been making our mattress purchases here! My husband is a chiropractor, and he has referred many patients over to this store. Stop in, you won't regret it!!...
