Pasco Dugout Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Pasco

I have been a very good patron for quite some time. I have always tipped well, never causing issues and very friendly with staff and other patrons. However, sitting with two friends of mine one evening I asked for my tab. Veronica came back and said "that'll be $132". I gave her 2 hundred dollar bills. While waiting for my change my two friends commented on how expensive my tab was..afterall, I only paid for my drinks and one other. 5 minutes after receiving my change I asked Veronica for my bill....I wanted a paper receipt. She brought it to me and much to my shock it was only $88! I asked her why was there a difference from what she charged me and my actually bill?! She said "what do you want Dave? What do you need?!" Baffled to her reaction I said "there's about a $50 difference...", to which she reached into her tip jar and grabbed $50. I have had many times that my bill seemed high, but I always just paid it and tipped very well. Now I wonder how many times she overcharged me! I am disappointed, shocked and angry. I appreciate the business and the staff, however Veronica is a thief....

OK let me start with the fact that these girls made the night the funniest night I’ve had in a long time not to mention the food was phenomenal. They had a type of french fry that I have never tried before where it’s soft in the inside and crispy on the outside edges, but just the two outside edges Super good they bring a rack full of sauces to your table. You don’t have to pay $.25 $.50 or even a dollar per wrench container they bring you the whole bottle along with four other sauces. They have every pulled tab you can think of music and the bartenders are fun lively and they aren’t fake, I don’t usually leave this link of review, but this one knocked my socks off I will be returning here along with referring everybody else I know to this place for a long time when I find out the names of the bartenders, I will...

I love being at the Kennewick dugout it makes me feel comfortable and welcome especially the employees but one which is the manager. I’ve notice she would take her time on busy days instead of hustling and helping the employees out. She would watch everyone else on a busy day and when it’s not busy she would let the next person do everything for her. I don’t think it’s right how everyone they’re bust there butt and she doesn’t do much makes everyone do extra work. I ask her for some sauces and she took forever to give me them that I had to ask someone else to give me one and it wasn’t busy at all. I just didn’t like how she treats them to do her work and I felt bad. But everyone there is so wonderful and makes my experience welcome when the manager...
