I had bad experiences during the first part of the process for the 16 year old program which is the 6 hour classes, 2 hours each class. So at first everything was good, and I passed my written test said they would give me the classes right after my written test. I passed and there was a mix up with the employees and it turned out really bad, but the point is they gave me the classes 1 month later then when I actually passed my test and that got me very upset because of the whole mixup situation with them , but that problem was resolved unfortunately I still had to wait a month. The whole thing was very tideious honestly, but then comes the time where I meet my instructor and he was a very polite person everything was good. Overall I had a bad experience with the appointment booking but with the instructor he did his job phenomenal his name is John by the way. I would recomend you ask for John but any instructor as well, John was very understanding and he was able to cooperate with me and teach me the technique needed for the driving test after 6 months once I'm able to take my road test. And he was very patient which not a lot of people are and I'm glad I had him as my instructor, I felt ready to take my road test during that time. But I'm trying to say is that the process might be better for you overall and you'll get better service but once time comes for the instructor having lessons with you and having to teach you, they will to their best abilities and will be very patient/understanding with you. I can say I had a good experience with that part. They gave me my permit after the 3rd class and my certificate of accomplishment. Over all I had a great ending which I'm glad about. Hope this can help you. I would personally recommend the instructors because they are a big help. Especially if you need to have your road test. They will help...
Read morePersonally the place/company is not bad in general. Its the instructor John. I had Johana my first class, and she was great she explained everything nicely, was telling and explaining what I did wrong, was calm, and we even had conversations while still teaching me how to drive. But the second and third class I had John and I was not pleased with him. For starters, the second class was at 4 pm, and he had called me at 3:25 saying that he was outside. Prior to that my dad spoke to him saying that the class was not at 3:30 it was at 4 and he said okay thats fine but still managed to get here at 3:25. Luckily i was ready and not busy so I just went out. Later in the car, he had called someone telling them that he would be there at 6:45 and he was probably thinking that I didn’t understand/know Spanish, and could be the reason why he picked me up earlier than expected. He was very quiet, and only spoke to tell me directions, not even explaining anything about what I did right/wrong, anything about the roads, the signs, driving, nothing. And when he would break he would break very hard, and would grab the wheel out of nowhere very strictly. Sometimes he even raised his voice a little which made me feel uncomfortable. The only thing that I got out of the experience with john was learning to parallel park and do the k point turn and thats it nothing else. If you are going to book, book with Johana she is the reason why I am putting two stars if it wasn’t for her I would have put 1. Point is, don’t...
Read moreI don't recommend this driving school. It's not worth it. Side note: this school doesn't drive you back after the road test so you have to arrange a pick up. I set up an appointment for a road test plus an additional 40 minute lesson beforehand. They wanted a deposit of 50 dollars when my appointment was confirmed and on the day of I owed $155 in cash. The day of the road test, there was no communication from the instructor how far away he was or if he was on his way. He just called when he arrived at my house which was 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I still managed to meet him before the time we scheduled. The instructor didn't seem happy to be there. He barely gave me instructions on how to adjust the seat and side mirrors. I had to ask him how to adjust everything. He also didn't have enough change so I had to drive to a near gas station for him to make change. This cut into my driving lesson and I feel as though I was cheated out of instruction and didn't get ample time to practice before the road test. I took plenty lessons before and felt confident driving before meeting with this instructor. I also don't understand why this school costs so much when they don't even give you quality lessons. It's really not worth it if you want to pass...
