Attended an event last for Annuel After Party. It was my first time going to Fiesta Night Club with friends and must say it was a very uncomfortable experience. First and foremost, the bouncers/security guards were VERY unprofessional, bar was very small, and there was no hookah waiters. At the entrance I felt it was very un organized! Didnt know where to enter from or wasn’t ID at the door either. Which legally they have to do. I cannot believe I witnessed a bouncer tackle a guest from the event on to the street. Legally he cannot do that! If he cannot handle the situation then cops should be called. He kept insulting the man and things just got out of hand. Atleast 3 fights we’re witnessed yesterday and police officers were not present. I felt so un safe. There was also 2 FEMALE bouncers who kept insulting everyone who got in her way and was so rude! She made us wait outside for 30 minutes in the freezing cold just to wait for our jackets, even when the fight was over! Not acceptable!! People can get sick. The female bouncers kept yelling and they were scared of the people coming to their faces. We had tickets, paid for the event and should not be treated like this! If they had common sense they should just do their job and not take insults from clients so personally. Also, they need to organize the doors and/or open them so they can make way for people coming in and out! I want to go back, but with this behavior and people getting out of hand who knows what can happen towards the end of the night. I am reaching out only to express my customer service experience through an order I place with this restaurant along with uber eats on November 29, 2021. I ordered several items which i have attached so you guys can take the time to notice and ADMIT TO YOUR MISTAKES!!! I requested NACHOS FIESTA "WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS" NO ONIONS; NO JALAPENOS & and GUACAMOLE ON THE SIDE; only to the disappointment, when I received my order, my nachos were not prepare as such. My NACHOS FIESTAS, came with everything that I specifically requested not to be. Now I am well aware, chefs can make mistakes. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, I did call and get in contact with the restaurant, Fabian was very nice and told me to call on Tuesday for Taco Tuesday, that the situation would be rectify, and on the house, they would send a delivery to my location to Lodi, NJ. On Tuesday, I reached out and spoke with Fabian, only to be told, I had to place a minimum on another order with Uber , As a customer, I do not feel that was the best way to address or handle the situation, and it is by far irrational for myself to pay for another Uber service fee. Especially, when I spoke with Fabian, he kindly check upon this and was notify that it was a mistake made by the chef. As a restaurant, if your chef/staff makes a mistake on any order , you apologize and you try to address the situation as best as possible. Any restaurant , will send the food at free of charge the right way as it was requested, you do not expect the customer to pay again for the fees & you DO Not use as an excuse that you don't...

First time going here in a group of four last weekend. I went because a friend recommended it. Was told we can only get in if we ordered bottle service. Upon entering our server (Melanie Suri) said a specific bottle was $250, the bill came seconds later for over 1k. Yes you read that correctly over 1,000. Knowing it was a mistake I called her over and she immediately became hysterical and "warned me" that I couldn't walk out on my bill (as if LOL), after 15 min of explaining to both the security and other servers another server came and said our actual bill was $586. (I should let you know that there were errors on the check itself that didn't even match our table" One of the security guards then told us after it was all over that they were in fact lying to us and just wanted to upcharge us. No prices were on the menus of course and it was just our words against hers. After leaving I saw a review of this happening to other customers. I have had friends go here several times that confirmed when ordering that bottle they were never charged that amount. Oh and yes she added gratuity to our bill despite us being there for 30min. Please avoid this place I promise yall its a hyped cafeteria. If you're gonna spend that much just go to the city or at least a place you won't get robbed.
