Forman Mills — Local services in Clifton

This is by far the worst Forman Mills location in NJ. The cashiers there work very slow. They allow the line to get very backed up then have no choice to call for another cashier. When there is more than one person at the register all they do is talk amongst themselves while moving at the speed of a snail to ring up customers. They pick and choose who's money they are going to mark which is embarrassing to those who aren't white or South American. If I could give negative stars I would. If you aren't white or South American they will have someone following you around the store pretending to organize the area you're in. Beware!!!! I’ve been a regular customer at the Forman Mills in Passaic for a while now, and while the store could definitely be a little cleaner and better organized, I keep coming back because of the amazing staff.

Manager Bryan and Jennifer are absolute gems—super friendly, always helpful, and consistently spreading good vibes throughout the store. They make the shopping experience so much better every time I walk in. Honestly, some of the other employees could learn a thing or two from their attitude and customer service.

They are quick to steal your money and have no intention of providing customer service. Even their policy they just ignore. They put the wrong tag on the item. So I thought I was buying 38 waist but when I finally looked at the item I bought it was size 34. So I want to just exchange for the correct size and they refuse to do it. And because it's one day past 30 I understand not giving refunds, but all I wanted was the correct size..
