I brought my issues up to Walgreens customer service phone number. I don't think I have to explain much. Extremely dissatisfied.
First, go to the one on Outwater lane. They are extremely reliable and absolutely pleasant, even if something is out of stock or unavailable, they communicate great.
Secondly, the issue is the overwhelming staff at this location. Either staff is unable to accomodate to customers in a timely manner or hire staff that can actually provide Customer Service. It's been kinda draw of the luck if you have a problem.
Lastly, please do not reach out to me about my experience. Mines, along with others who have gave it a poor review should say it for yourself.

Walgreens called me to clarify the details of what was going on since obviously that was a weird thing flagged in their system, I get that. We got everything straightened out and I said I’d be there this morning to pick it up. I drove over an hour to get there this morning (I don’t have a car, I had to borrow one) and when I arrived, they said nothing had been rectified and it could possibly be hours until it would be resolved. She argued with me for 15 minutes, telling me that I just picked up the medicine a few days ago. She argued for 15 minutes, UNTIL she realized she was looking at the WRONG YEAR.
How does the PHARMACIST MANAGER NOT KNOW WHAT YEAR IT IS?? How does she NOT KNOW how to use their computer to see what YEAR it is!??
She made me feel like I was crazy, all because SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT YEAR IT IS, and she was looking at the WRONG YEAR IN THE SYSTEM.
When she finally started filling the script, she didn't say anything. I waited 15 minutes only to have to go back in line and ask ANOTHER employee and they told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. Why did I wait FIFTEEN minutes with ZERO...
