I have never written a review for a business , but after being treated the way I was by one of the owners I felt led to do so . I was shopping on the Internet and found a bracelet that I wanted to purchase. After talking with one of the sisters by phone , she asked me to take a picture of the bracelet and gave me her cell phone number and wanted me to text her the picture . She wanted the picture to be sure that we were talking about the same bracelet . I had taken the picture with my cell phone off one of their websites on the Internet . I tried to text the picture ; it would not go through . After texting back-and-forth ,we finally found a picture of the same bracelet that I was wanting to purchase . She told me that she would check her inventory at the store and get back with me the next day . That night, my husband and I were eating dinner ,and I received the most disturbing phone call. It was another one of the sisters that I had bought jewelry from several times throughout the years calling . My first thought was Oh good ! they have found the bracelet and have the information for me . To my surprise the conversation went as this, she told me to stop “BOTHERING” her sister. My husband and I were quite dismayed at my being talked to in this manner after I had been a good customer . I was just trying to purchase a piece of jewelry from merchants that sell jewelry. I shop on the Internet and with a lot of stores and boutiques around the country, and I have never been treated like this . My husband and I own a business and our customers are not a “BOTHER” In fact, they keep our doors open! Why would you even take the time to have internet exposure especially in a tourist town,and not want to conduct business in...
