This is not a service review. This is an appointment system review. Making appointments with this salon is a complete nightmare.
There is no way you can reserve online and when you call to make an appointment the person on the other end rushes you, does not even list to you, all they do is try to get off the phone FAST.
I have been calling for a month trying to make a simple haircut appointment with my stylist. Mind you I already had made a color appointment while in store last time.(Thank God!).
All that I have been trying to accomplish by calling is to make sure that I can match my availability with the current openings of my stylist. Again - All that I wanted is to tell the person on the other end for example: I can come, wed,thurs or sat between these hours___''_."
I called 3 times so far in the last 3 weeks-1 month. Every single time whomever I spoke with did not have the patience to do just that. They talked over me, and wanted to make a random appointment or no appointment at all. No consideration for when I can be there. Maybe the salon is used with mainly self-employed ladies but they should realize that many of us don't have that type flexibility and we need to go to our jobs on time so we can afford paying for services at the salon.
At this point today I got sick and tired or this sharade and I let the person talk over me and schedule me whenever - just so I can get a haircut with my stylist. And let me tell you If it wasn't for their stylists I would never ever come back. They are lucky we come for the people. But not for too long. Because at the end of the day from now on I would actually like to get my haircut when I need it not a month later.
I am beyond frustrated with this company. They need serious help with either recreating their booking system or/and make it possible for people to do it online (online booking system) instead of calling / and/or hiring more people to answer the phones so they have the time to carry a conversation-not just listen to a monologue.. Again- all this shows no regard for people's time. So I had to take the time just to write a review about this disastrous booking...

I told them I’ve only had my hair colored once to cover up grays and the only reason I did that was due to a lot of my hair falling out last fall due to stress, so the gray was more noticeable. I didn’t like the color because it was too dark compared to my natural color and I feel like there was a slight red tint. She put me on hold forever and came back and said I needed a consultation before I could get an appointment. I’m like ok…I work full time and I don’t have a lot of extra time, but we I’m off on Monday (4th of July weekend), so I can come in then. She says they don’t do appointments for consultations (which they are requiring) just come in anytime we are open and they will consult with you when they have time…I’m like what? So, I could be waiting up there for an hour for them to consult me? She repeated they don’t make appointments for consultations and just work you in when they have time. I was like naw, I don’t even want to go in for real appointment for 2 hours much less have to go up there and wait for them to have time to consult me for who knows how long. I have a full time job and 2 little kids and my time is precious. Not a good first...
Read moreNo ⭐️. I’ve had my hair done here awhile ago with purple highlights. I follow the instruction of not washing my hair within three days. After three days,my hair faded to this whitish color. I then called the salon they asked me to come in, so I did. I spoke with a manager and colorist but they acted like I was the one that did it on purpose to mess it up so they had to fix it. I told them I did nothing to it, but of course they do not believe. I also know that I was put with someone new and she’s probably just fresh out of school. I was very upset because I spent money on something that was a complete waste. Then they want you to spend more money if you want them to redo it again. They only care about making the money and not resolving your issues and not admitting to what they’ve done wrong. So basically I left and even tried to contact their HR or corporate but they won’t do anything. They will not respond to you.
