I thought highly of this Chipotle until today. I placed an online lunch order at 9:45am. I arrived 15 minutes past the original asked pick up time. They didn’t have my order on the rack or any record of my order apparently. When I asked the girl up front she said she couldn’t find it in the computer. Ok I understand technical issues happen. So I was waiting for someone to say they would just quickly make my order while I was there (I kept showing my order in the app so they knew what I ordered). But the manager Jose came up and patronizingly asked me if I held the submit button on the app??? It was so random and not needed. Like why jump to that assumption? Then when I said yes, I again showed him my app to show my order details including that it was paid for. Again hoping he would tell someone to just make the order. But then he asked for a confirmation email. I showed that. They still kept searching and no one started making the food or trying to at least rectify the issue. I told them I had to get back to work (it’s been 10 minutes at this point). Then the manager said ok go ahead and get in line. I mean seriously?? The two girls at the take out section had nothing to do and he told me to get in the line? What’s the point of ordering ahead then? I had to get back to work hence I ordered earlier in the day for a quick pick up. He shrugged me off, didn’t care, was very rude and condescending and didn’t make one attempt to correct the order. And worse he didn’t have an ounce of decent customer service to fix the issue or at least be kind??? I basically just wanted my order in as timely of a manner as possible....
Read moreOriginally I left a 5 star review a year ago but alot has changed. Came into the store today ordered a bowl. Chipotle is my favorite by far quick in and out restaurant. Noticed while the lady was fixing my bowl. There were a little short on the chicken I added to my bowl. I immediately asked for double chicken and then added my toppings which was also skippy. Atleast you can put a full spoon of chicken on my bowl. So I ask the manager to look at my bowl and see that I am paying for what is regularly size portion of chicken. Well she doesn't and she ask the girl did you put a spoon full on the bowl. She says yes, so I guess I am a liar huh. Then goes on to tell me they are being really strict on how much chicken they put on the bowl. 1st of all what happen to listening to the customer and atleast checking it if I bring it up. Then just ignores what I am saying. I promise I eat there a few times a week I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I WILL TELL OTHERS NOT TO COME. you really should not treat your customers this way. I have seen alot in this place folks standing around .. be non attentive to customers.. well this was my last straw no more this location. Period!! Maybe another location has there stuff together and care about...
Read moreI will never go to this location again. if you want them to charge you for your food, and then use your card to pay for another order, this is the place. They will then make you feel stupid due to this. I paid for my food, only for the stupid cashier lady to come back to me and advise me that my card was declined. I was not sure how this was the case, and she gave me the receipt to look over. She asked me if I ordered some kids taco, and I advised that I did not. As I was looking over the receipt, she took my card and charged it. My account was charged twice, and I tried to tell her that. I went back to the cash register, and I advised her that I just paid for someone else's food, and I wanted to be reimbursed. One of the crew members got rude with me, and was like, "You can see that the card was declined, and you will not be charged". I told her, "Listen, you need to read, this is NOT my order". The cashier looked over the receipt, and lo and behold, I was right, The crew members are rude, and do not apologise when they mess up. The people are incompetent, and rude.
