I went once last month to get my nails done, the lady went very fast and nipped little pieces off my nail and it hurt. She insisted on a full set when I had just gotten one the time before elsewhere. So she took off my nails and that's when they were starting to rip on the sides. Which I think means they were on there well enough to not need a new full set. So i planned on paying 40 for services and ended up paying 65 not including tip. My friend reccomeded this place so I decided I'd give it a second chance. So I went again, and she insisted on a new full set again. I had been there 2.5/3 weeks prior for the full set she insisted on last time. I told her I had just gotten a full set with her last time and she kept saying no I gave you a fill. So basically saying I was lying, and talking back and forth with others saying that. It wouldn't have been a big deal if she hadn't insisted that i got a fill the time before. Anyway this time after getting the owner over after saying she only gave me a fill last time (which is NOT true) and saying that they won't be liable if they fall off I said ok that's fine. Meaning I won't hold them liable but she took it as a okay ill get the full set. This time she ripped off a quarter of my thumb nail. And it was bleeding, it continued to bleed as she glued the new nail on to my skin. She had to put extra glue around and under it because there was no longer a nail to glue it to. Now I have pain in my thumb "nail" and pray I don't get an infection. I talked to my friend who told me about this place and she said when she went with her friend recently they tried to get her friend to get a full set too, and then after this second experience talking to her she said they made her get a new set as well days before I went. Unfortunately I gave two chances and ended up with less money and a hopefully not infected ripped nail, i will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe nails that I asked for, compared to the nails that I got, was absolutely insane... Me and my friend went in with an appointment and we had to wait an entire hour. They rush through our nails, and when I was talking to the lady that was doing my nail about a certain thing that I wanted done (some simple lines) she started to yell at me.
Looking at all the nails that they do to other customers and what I got because they wanted to rush it is sad.
Me and my friend paid together, and I genuinely hated the outcome of my nails, not to mention I wanted to paint over them and when I did, I decided against it wiping it off with a paper towel only for the previous nail polish that they did to come off with it (I did not use nail polish remover)... Overall, my experience was awful, they clearly only care about their money and trying to get done early and I was severely disappointed, definitely considering this was the first time I've ever been to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited Nail Expert Nail Salon for a pedicure, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the ambiance was inviting and relaxing.
The pedicure itself was top-notch. The nail technician was not only skilled but also very attentive to detail. They took the time to ensure my nails were perfectly shaped, my cuticles were neatly trimmed, and the polish was applied flawlessly. The range of colors and options for nail art was impressive, allowing me to personalize my pedicure to my liking.
Furthermore, the salon maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which is always reassuring, especially in these times.
Overall, I highly recommend Nail Expert Nail Salon for anyone looking for an exceptional pedicure experience. Their expertise and attention to detail truly set them apart, and I'll definitely be returning for more pampering sessions...
