I’m a single lady the guys got here and they had no floor blankets so they rolled a trolley all the way down my apartment with dirty wheels and got dirt on my carpet and floor that I just mopped instead of stopping the cart and the trolley at my door and then carrying the furniture in , then when they got the dresser door vanity in place, they had the two nightstands. I have a bed and I said you know we have to move the bed a little bit over to be able to fit both of them on both sides and the big guy was like well. We don’t touch a bed. I’m a woman I’m by myself you have to move the bed a little. if you could please hook the electrical in the socket behind the bed elderly so if you could get this young guy plug it. That was a problem not in the job description. I paid several hundred dollars for delivery which took them maybe 45 minutes that’s pretty good money several hundred dollars for 45 minutes and they couldn’t hardly do any work except just deliver it put it against the walls they couldn’t I mean take extra care to bring blankets so they don’t drag a dirty cart with dirty, nasty wheels and somebody’s home. It was too much work and then anything extra was like oh we don’t move a bed over or put your plug in the electrical lazy ass....
