Brighton — Attraction in Pembroke Pines

If I could give a negative review I would. My family attempted to come in one night to be turned away by a customer stating “V.I.P. Only” and waved. I was instantly upset because it doesn’t say anywhere online that they had a “V.I.P.” night. After this incident, a clerk finally walked over and confirmed the woman’s statement saying, equally rude “you can’t come in because you’re not V.I.P.”. Obviously I questioned where it said that online, and they couldn’t tell me. So they reluctantly let me in, only for another customer to look me up and down, sipping her wine, and say “are you a teacher or something”.

The amount of disrespect and rudeness my family was shown, is the reason I’m writing this review. NEVER will I be coming back to this Brighton for gifts or anything. Go to another one where they don’t have snobby customers and...

I love, love, love Brighton. Everything in there is beautiful. What quality is very high. The pieces are timeless. Everything they sell can last a lifetime and be passed down if it's not abused. I have never gone into Brighton without buying something. Even a bottle of water they give you is pretty. I love the way they package everything. I recommend shopping at Brighton. I went into the Brighton store today happily looking for a gift for my bridesmaids that I found on Brighton.com, and asked the manager if they had it. She had the nerve to say, “That’s not Brighton” when I was showing her the item from the website of Brighton.com. Then she says, “That’s discontinued” and walked away from me. Not helpful at all!!!
