The lack of communication is really poor. And they lost a potential sale.

Came in to speak with one of the owners about speaker options for my husband's pickup truck on January 14. She wrote a rough estimate on the different speakers for a brand that we wanted. Called my husband later that day to let him know about the information I was given. We both agreed that this would be the place for the install.

So on January 21 I called to setup an estimate, down payment and install date. One of the owners answered, I left a message. I called later in the day, no answer. Then I get a text: Please text me. I reminded the owner who I was and was told that I was going to get a call Monday morning. I replied to the text if they can please call me on break which I told them a time. Crickets.

So I text again I believe on January 27 that I was still interested with them installing the speakers. Crickets.

My husband and I are really disappointed in the lack of communication. After this many attempts I didn't bother calling them back. They lost a sale and potential future sales as we have another car.

We were looking forward to working with this shop I guess they had no interest in doing business with us for whatever...

Although already familiar with touch screen car play and Bluetooth - they took the time to review the features of the new system and took time for any questions - had me up and paired in seconds listening to my fav toons and split screen view with maps. From beginning to end , Lester was able to explain to me in detail how everything works on my new ram . From a processor to the amp and speakers . I was very pleased with the amount of detail and time he took to really get into how things work and being a customer now in the last 2 years hasn't always ben very delightful. People no longer want to work let alone explain things or take time to. That was not the case here. I was not pressured into purchasing anything , I was just having a normal conversation in were I was actually learning a few things and able to decide what I really wanted . I called several audio shops and I was quoted double and told what I should get . I was also pressured and rushed. That was also not the case here. As if Lester was not enough , I had a great installer. ( Dave ) Very professional and clean. Amp under my seat and wires tucked away. Door panels put back properly and of course , system sounds great !!!! Thank you very much and I will be a return customer if I ever need...
